If you are asking general questions, I ask that you please check the Account Information page. All the general settings are displayed there. If you cannot find the answers to your questions anywhere on the website, please send an e-mail to the appropriate address.

hostmaster@sysrage.net - Please send any DNS questions to this address. If SySNet hosts a domain for you and you wish to make modifications to the DNS entries or create new website vhosts this is the address that needs the info. I will eventually have a web-based program enabling you to make these modifications yourself, but currently I don't have the time to write such a program.
 
webmaster@sysrage.net - If you have any questions about the SySNet website itself, please contact the webmaster at this address. Also send mail to this address if you think you know of a program or organization that should be advertised on the website. If you think I did a good job I always love a 'lil ego booster too :P
 
postmaster@sysrage.net - If I run any mail servers for your domains and you have any questions regarding those servers, please contact me through this address. If you are not a member of SySNet but feel somebody is abusing our servers by sending spam or any other inappropriate behavior send an e-mail to this address and the administration will deal with the situation promptly.

Lost Password

If you cannot remember your old password, you can use this form to have it reset. You must supply the contact e-mail addess you provided when your account was created. This is not your SySNet e-mail address. If you need additional help, you can e-mail the webmaster and we will reset it manually.
